The hotel staff were very helpful and willing to assist with any queries. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside and an underground station within walking distance. The room was great, despite being a bit old-fashioned, and the price was reasonable for London.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff performance was excellent, and the rooms were kept very clean. The hotel is located on the edge of Hyde Park, just opposite the beautiful park, and it is within walking distance of the next subway station, Lancaster Gate. This made transportation very convenient for us.

The hotel is located in a prime location, close to popular Oxford street and Lancaster Gate tube station. It is conveniently situated in the centre of London and opposite beautiful parks. The rooms are clean and tidy, and some of them offer nice views of the surrounding area. The staff provides adequate service, and the breakfast offerings are good.
Some areas of the hotel are in need of repair.

The furniture in the room was outdated and in need of an upgrade. The beds were comfortable but moved easily.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel just across from Kensington Gardens. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were in good condition. The location was perfect for me as it was right beside Hyde Park and only a short walk to Paddington station. The room, although a bit shabby, was kept fairly clean and had a bath which was a nice bonus. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for money.
The noise from the heavy elevator doors was a bit bothersome.
